1. Manage large quantities of new debtors on a monthly basis via a “real time batch function” with regards to the importing of data, printing of documents, status change and fee calculation in terms of the Magistrates’ Courts Act (Act 32 of 1944). This function enables us to:
1.1 Process a large quantity of files with precision;1.2 Limit human error and operate more time effectively.

Pricing and CostOur collection policy is based on the “NO COLLECTION– NO FEE”principle. This means that we do not charge fees or disbursements on debts that we cannot collect.The only cost incurred by the client will be the agreed upon commission percentage (plus VAT) charged on successfully collected debts (Contingency fees in terms of the Contingency Fees Act, No. 66 of 1997).This commission will be automatically deducted from the monthly remittance to the client (Or as otherwise stipulated in the Service Level Agreement with the client).Take note of the following:
1. Each debtor is managed individually. In the event of a successful recovery the debtor will be held responsible for payment of the costs he/she incurred, charged in terms of Annexure “A” of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 32 of 1944.In the event of an unsuccessful recovery, Koegelenberg Attorneys will bear the risk of the disbursements incurred.
